• Waiters/Waitresses – Earn up to Ksh 28,000
• Front Desk Staff – Ksh 28,000 to Ksh 35,000
• Chefs/Kitchen Staff – Ksh 32,000 to Ksh 52,000
• Housekeepers – Earn up to Ksh 29,000
• Bar Attendants – Earn up to Ksh 38,000
• Cleaners – Starting from Ksh 25,000

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum K.C.S.E Certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Strong attention to detail and customer care
• High standards of cleanliness and personal grooming
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to live and work within Masai Mara

Important Information

• Employees will work 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week
• Day and night shifts will be arranged fairly, including consideration for religious commitments
• Salaries indicated above are starting salaries for the first two months beginning July 2026
• After the initial two months, salaries will be reviewed and additional company benefits may apply depending on performance and job category
• During the first two months, salaries will not be subjected to tax deductions or company benefit deductions
• Applicants currently suffering from infectious airborne diseases such as TB are not eligible for these positions
• Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will receive feedback via phone call or email
